Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Workshop Manager Panel Building to support and eventually succeed the current Department Leader Panel Building. Under their guidance, you will develop both technical and leadership skills, preparing to take on their responsibilities over time. You will adopt a coaching and growth-focused leadership style to help the team reach the next level. Additionally, you will drive process optimization, foster collaboration across departments and strengthen cooperation between the panel building team, project managers and other ATS divisions.

Your responsibilities as Workshop Manager consist of two main areas:
1. Operational Leadership:
- Planning resources and personnel.
- Managing a team of 7-10 panel builders.
- Collaborating and coordinating with approximately five electrical engineers and seven project managers.
- Reviewing electrical schematics to ensure the efficient construction of panels by the panel builders. These include power and control panels.
- Taking final responsibility for the (tested) panels.
2. Team Management:
- Adopting a coaching and growth-supportive leadership style to elevate the team to the next level.
- Promote process optimization and collaboration across departments.
- Promoting teamwork and synergy between the panel building team, project managers and other departments.
Let's talk about you
- Higher technical studies in electromechanics or electrical engineering, with experience in panel construction, electrical networks, switchgear and electrical schematics.
- Proficient in E-plan (P8) and AutoCAD 2D for layout design.
- A people manager with an analytical mindset (capable of both a helicopter view and attention to detail).
- Experience with ERP systems (training provided for the in-house ERP system).
