AMOTEK Technologies has been named the fastest-growing Belgian technology company in the Enterprise Software category of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50. With the AMOTEK Stack, a modular AI platform that allows companies to assemble digital applications like LEGO building blocks, the company is setting the pace at the intersection of automation, data integration and artificial intelligence.
The AMOTEK Stack: Building with AI like LEGO
“We wanted to build technology that enables organizations to digitize faster and smarter,” says CEO Filip Smet. Through a single central gateway, the AMOTEK Stack offers features such as user management, authentication and data analytics. The platform can be easily expanded with AI components or integrations with existing systems. Today, AMOTEK’s technology is already utilized by Orfit, Pluxee, Atlas Copco, Exterioo and the federal government (BOSA). Companies use the platform to deploy AI securely on top of their existing IT infrastructure without complex integrations. This allows employees to perform analyses in seconds that previously took days of work.
Corporate culture as a driver for growth
According to Smet, the foundation of AMOTEK’s success lies in its corporate culture: human-centric, entrepreneurial and positive. The team of over sixty employees (one hundred including spin-offs) shares the same passion for progress. “You can only truly grow when people do what they love to do,” says Smet. With ambitious plans to further standardize the AMOTEK Stack and roll it out internationally, the vision remains clear: a local "love brand" with a global reach. As the name AMOTEK suggests, AMO means “I love” in Latin, we build technology with the heart: humanity first, digital second.
