‍Summary

AMOTEK is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer  to manage projects from start to finish. Collaborating with production and process engineering, you will conduct extensive feasibility and preliminary studies, compile investment dossiers, and oversee the full execution of projects. You will also organize training for operators and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth handovers and effective project implementation.

As a Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing specifications for electrical components.
• Selecting process equipment such as control valves and measurement instruments.
• Detailed engineering of low- and medium-voltage distribution, instrumentation, and control equipment.
• Conducting various studies: HAZOP, ATEX, CE and SIL.
• Negotiation with suppliers and contractors.
• Monitoring field execution with a focus on timing, quality, cost awareness, and safety.
• Organizing training sessions for operators and maintenance staff.
  

Let's talk about you‍

• You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics or Automation.
• Experienced in one or more of the following fields: electricity, instrumentation and control, networking, PLCs, automation, and process technology.
• Interest in medium- and high-voltage systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and prioritize safety, food safety, and environmental considerations.
• You are eager to continuously learn and have a broad interest in other domains such as process engineering, mechanics, and civil engineering.
• You are a motivated, communicative, and flexible team player.
• You pay attention to detail in all phases of a project while maintaining a balance between timing and cost.
• You are dynamic and results-driven.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (French or German is a plus).
• Skilled in MS Office.
