Project Manager
We're growing rapidly and are looking for a Project Manager who truly wants to turn complex digital projects into reality. Think high-impact (web) applications and websites where performance, user experience, and scalability are paramount. You'll collaborate with developers, designers, and strategists to deliver results that delight both clients and users.

This is what your week looks like:
From scope to launch: You oversee the entire process: concept, planning, delivery, and evaluation.
Roadmap & priorities: You decide, together with the team and client, what truly delivers value.
Budget: You balance returns and costs and make timely adjustments.
Stakeholder management: You communicate clearly, defend choices in boards, and build support.
Quality & architecture: You check alignment with our technical standards and best practices.
Team leadership: You lead multidisciplinary teams (Developers, QA, UX, and AI) and keep everyone on track.
Bridge builder: You translate between business, technology, and the end user.

Let's talk about you
2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/digital environments.
Experience with Agile/Scrum.
You communicate clearly, lead confidently, and proactively solve problems.
You can manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing the overview.
You are a critical, structured thinker with an eye for detail.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
